  • On average 3 to 4 months. Fragrances that are deeper in color may last longer. Lighter fragrances may last only 30 days.

  • Yes! Refills for all diffusers are available here.

  • Yes, it’s the process of the ceramic to infuse the fragrance and turn a bone color. The longer you use the ceramic the darker it will get.

  • The best way to clean your Laguna Sea Diffuser is to brush the dust off with a clean fresh new microfiber cloth.

  • Customers will be required to pay customs and duty prior to delivery.  Due to the international nature of the order, delays are common.  Shipping times and processing fees are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order subject to the shipping options outlined above.  Laguna Sea cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control i.e. in the cases of adverse weather conditions, etc. 

  • Our happiness is for you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within our returns period of 10 days of receiving your order, provided the products are returned in complete perfect condition, unused, undamaged with their original packaging, original receipt and purchase number.

  • Please note:  Only products purchased at www.lagunasehome.com or on our social media @lagunasea may be exchanged or returned for a refund.

    Please contact our customer service at www.lagunaseahome.com within 10 days informing us of the products(s) you wish to return or exchange.  We will provide you with details on how to proceed with an exchange or return.

    To ensure prompt resolution, please have your order number along with your email address and phone number ready for fastest service.  Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. 

    The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible.  An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.

  • All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the product in its optimal condition.  When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.  There may be an occasion where the shipping carton may show some wear, this is normal. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.  If for any reason the items you receive are faulty in any way, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) or offer a full refund.
